About LEAD Ambassadors
One of the distinguishing features of LEAD Honors is that the program is designed to evolve with the needs, interests and ideas of its students. LEAD Ambassadors play a special role in that process—helping shape the program’s strategic direction, tell the LEAD story, mentor incoming Scholars and oversee the continued development of the LEAD Lounge.
Each fall, LEAD hosts an informational event for students interested in getting involved. Typically, 5–7 ambassadors from each class serve as student leaders and help ensure that LEAD remains a program built not only for students, but with them.
The LEAD Lounge — a home for connection, creativity and action
The LEAD Lounge serves as a dynamic hub for leadership, creativity and civic-minded collaboration, empowering students to design projects that benefit the greater community. Rooted in purpose and connection, this space invites students to brainstorm big ideas, build meaningful initiatives and support one another through shared resources and collective action.
